Our History

Mighty Gager Company Ltd (MGCL) - Ghana was set up in October, 2007 to meet the demand for Facility Management and Services in the Industrial and Commercial Sectors in Ghana and the world at large. MGCL is Ghana’s latest and fast-growing Facility Management and Services Company which provides a complete solutions package with vast portfolio of clients across a gamut of industries.

Our Work Force

Currently, M.G.C.L has an active workforce of over sixty (60) personnel which includes males and females, backed by the experience and expertise of men who have worked their way up through being in several similar companies around the globe; and fully supported by a modern IT infrastructure and 24/7 Helpdesk.

Although infant in the Facility Management and Services Industry of Ghana, the level of honesty, integrity, reliability, team work and quintessential performance to our customers. Mighty Gager Company Ltd. is growing at a very fast pace, thus fulfilling its core values of Best Service provision and mission of dedicated effective Service delivery, Service Indefinitely and providing client specific service solutions.

Being a member of a group (Gager Group) that has zero tolerance for errors, the company over the months has understood its customers and has implemented series of measures that brings the best management in the Facility Management & Services Industry in Ghana.

Notwithstanding the laid down principles of MGCL, all operations and activities are in total conformity with the laws of Ghana, the Occupational health and Safety – Labor Act 2003, Act 651 and the international standards for Occupational Health and Safety.

Quality & Health and Safety

Mighty Gager Company Ltd is in the process of getting certified with ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001. Notwithstanding the process to acquire these certifications, our processes, procedures, systems and continuous training ensures that our employees carry out their daily activities with the correct quality precautions and safety measures that implement not only the best practices but also compliance with internationally recognized safety codes and standards. Furthermore, our management and consultants are ISO 9001 certified internal auditors, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH IGC, OSHA Certified members.
